LATEST NEWS
It is with full hearts that we share the news that PEAK’s projects in Kenya are continuing to go strong, thanks to the generosity of our donors, as well as the hard work of our valuable Kenyan partners.
Our most recent trip in May 2025 was a rewarding one for our intrepid team of five, pictured above, and we’re pleased to announce that we are planning a return team trip in May 2026. PEAK is continuing to provide clean water projects in four communities, and our high school and college scholarship program has been able to support more than 30 students from Meru and Samburu. We are so proud of the students we’ve sponsored in past years who have now completed college and are starting their careers.
Deborah Fountains School, the primary school near Meru that PEAK began in 2020, now has classrooms for preschool through 5th grade, and enrollment has grown to more than 100 pupils. The local community remains grateful to have a quality primary school closer to their homes.
This progress is only made possible through the dedication of our Kenya partners and the contributions of our donors, for which we are extremely grateful. You can learn more about our ongoing projects by contacting Debbie Welden at deborah.welden@gmail.com, or 970-274-8464.
