We’re pleased to share the good news that PEAK’s projects in Kenya have been continuing and are going strong. We celebrate the progress that we’ve been able to make in several regions, thanks to the generosity of our donors, as well as the hard work of our valuable Kenyan partners.
A number of clean water projects have been completed in two communities, and our high school and college scholarship program has been able to support more than 15 students from Meru and Samburu in the past year. We are so proud of the students we’ve sponsored in past years who have now completed college and are starting their careers.
Deborah Fountains School, the primary school near Meru that PEAK began in 2020, now has classrooms for pre-school through 4th grade, and enrollment has been increasing each year. The local community remains grateful to have a quality primary school closer to their homes.
This progress is only made possible through the dedication of our Kenya partners and the contributions of our donors, for which we are extremely grateful. You can learn more about our ongoing projects by contacting Debbie Welden at [email protected], or 970-274-8464.
